it’s not just you

Struggling to cope can be a normal reaction to stress. Each of us handles stress in very different ways and sometimes, stress can show up in very different ways. It can look like feeling uneasy and nervous all the time, or it can result in anxiety and panic at times. Without the tools to know how to deal with this on your own, it can get worse and make you feel like you don’t have control over your life.

I am here to help teach you tools to manage stress and anxiety, ways to let your body tell you what is going on and use these as a guide to manage your own stress.

You are not alone in this struggle and just because it is a bad day or a bad week does not mean you still don’t have a good life. I am here to help you get through those foggy times.

hello, i’m kim bailey

MSW BSW RSW

I am a Masters Educated Social Worker who believes that we need to normalize mental health struggles and prioritize them as we would our physical health. As someone who understands what it is like to struggle periodically with anxiety, it is important for us all to talk openly about it, so we can reduce the stigma. Mental Health is equally as important as physical health and it’s okay to stop and take care of yourself and I would be honored to take that journey with you.

I am a proud parent of an LGBTQS+ child and have been through the adjustment period as a parent and watched my child struggle because of it. I want to help parents through their own adjustment so they can provide the support that I wasn't able to offer my child at that time because I did not know how.

I am passionate about educating and providing support and tools for people to manage their anxiety.  In a world that was forever changed by Covid-19 and the isolation and mental health impacts of this, our society needs support now more than ever.  I am passionate about managing mental health, as it has a signficant impact on your physical health. I have the knowledge and the skills to assist, and I want to help gain control over your mental health.
