I am certified in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy as well as I have training in Narrative Therapy as well as I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for trauma. With over 30 years of experience in health care, I am well positioned to understand the unique stressors and impact on workers mental health, given the difficult work that front line workers face every day.
I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Restructuring) which is the leading treatment for PTSD and Trauma. As front line workers, we face this every day in our workplaces and this can lead not only to trauma, but to burnout, anxiety and/or depression.

Life Transitions
